We offer a 14-day health guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged or in poor health, please contact us with a photo within 48 hours of delivery for a full replacement or refund.
How much does shipping cost within the UK?
Standard shipping is ÂŁ5.95, but we offer free delivery on all orders over ÂŁ75. Larger items like garden furniture or mature trees may incur a specialized heavy-goods surcharge.
