Description: The Bird's Nest Fern is a very attractive and easy to grow fern. The plant forms a large rosette of glossy, long leaves.

Height and Spread: 1 x 1 m (although it rarely reaches this size when grown as an indoor plant.)

Light requirement: Grow in a bright room with plenty of indirect sunlight 

Water requirement: Keep the compost moist but not soggy in Spring and Summer. Allow the top layer to dry in Autumn and Winter. Mist the foliage as the asplenium fern thrives in a humid environment.

Soil: well-drained (Indoor plant mix)

Feeding: Every 2 weeks between March and September. 

Minimum Temperature: 13 °C
