At Windyridge Garden Centre, we want you to be delighted with your home and garden purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and the reason for the return to receive an authorization code.
Package Your Items
Ensure that all products are in their original, unused condition and packaging, including any tags or manuals that were included at the time of purchase.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your shipping receipt for tracking purposes.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
